The Appart'City Nantes Chateau des Ducs is a modern complex spread over several buildings, and located within one kilometre of the Old Town and the historic Chateau des Ducs. The 82 apartments are decorated in light colours with patterned fabrics and wood furnishings and incorporate separate sitting areas and kitchenettes with refrigerators and microwaves. Modern amenities include wireless Internet (surcharge), fax machines, satellite television and direct dial phones.

Reception opening hours:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 12.30 PM, and from 4 PM to 7.45 PM. Guests arriving after these hours may contact the residence directly to organise check in. The reception is closed on Saturdays and Sundays but check in is possible if the guests contact the residence directly in advance of arrival.
