The seafront Residences MGM Hotel 'La Villa Gard�nia' is made up of half timbered villas in the traditional Normandy style, and is located in Deauville, the principle town of the C�te Fleurie, two kilometres from the port of Trouville. The residence's 41 apartments and 23 guestrooms all feature satellite television, telephones and private bathrooms, whilst the apartments also include living areas and kitchens equipped with ovens, hobs, refrigerators, and dishwashers.
Guests can work out in the cardio gym or enjoy the two hammams before taking a dip in the indoor swimming pool, while those wishing to surf the web or plan a day's sightseeing can make use of the Internet terminal (surcharge). Multilingual staff at the front desk can provide local sightseeing information, and onsite parking is available for a fee. Guests can stroll along Deauville's 'Planches' boardwalk and sandy beach in front of the hotel, where a number of water sports including windsurfing, sailing and yachting, are also available. The town's Grand Casino is 500 metres away while, further afield, the port of Trouville can be found two kilometres away, and the Barri�re golf course is 3.5 kilometres away. The nearest major airport is Paris Charles de Gaulle, located 195 kilometres from the residence, around 125 minutes by car.

The RER train service serves the airport. Line B runs from the TGV station at Terminal 2 to Gare du Nord. From there, metro line E runs to Gare Saint Lazare. Several trains leave daily from Paris Saint Lazare station directly to Deauville/Trouville, the station being located 800 metres from the hotel. Taxis are available from outside the train station to take guests to the residence.
From Paris, take the A13 'Autoroute de Normandie' motorway. Change onto the RN177 at Pont L'Ev�gue. Continue until Deauville and then follow signs for the SNCF (train) station. At the roundabout, take the exit for Deauville town centre.
